payment
* full payment is to be made before goods are sent out
* payment shall be made into our MBB bank account, details of which will be provided when an order is made.
* please email the transaction reference number when payment is completed

exchange/refund policy
* items sold are not refundable or exchangable

sale of items
* items are sold on a first come first served basis
* items will be held for 3 days (from date of 1st contact from buyer). if there is more than 1 buyer, item will be sold to whomever makes payment first. thereafter, items will be relisted for sale if there is no confirmation of payment

postage & packing
* items will only be posted via poslaju or AR registered post
* no CODs or meet ups available at this time
* cost of p&p will include cost of packing the item(s)

* p&p will depend on weight and size of item.

> east malaysia ~ from RM10

*for registered post :
> west malaysia ~ from RM2
> east malaysia ~ from RM4

* combined postage discounts are available
